iPhone videos freezing

Why does my apps on my iPhone all freeze at the same time. My youtube videos freeze as well as my tiktok and instagram. I can hear the audio coming from the video and can scroll but no video is playing. Also this has been transferred from my iphone 11 to my iphone 14 pro max. Please this happens and it stays like this for like a whole day, sometimes restarting my phone works and sometimes it doesnt.

You can check your device's storage in Settings > General > [Device] Storage. For best performance, try to maintain at least 1GB of free space. If your available storage is consistently less than 1GB, your device might slow down as iOS or iPadOS repeatedly makes room for more content.

If you need to free up some space, follow these steps to turn on the storage-saving recommendations built in to iOS or iPadOS:
1. Go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage and read the recommendations that iOS or iPadOS might provide.
2. Tap Enable to turn on a recommendation, or tap a recommendation title to review the content that you can delete.


If the behavior continues, let us know if the issue persists when using a different network. This may help narrow down the issue. For example, if this occurs when using cellular data, test the behavior when using a Wi-Fi network.
