My Apple package was delivered by DHL to a wrong address. Now DHL claims the tracking number is not correct. What should I do?
but trust me. I sit in panama. Since the post office here is a disaster i have to do it through a company called fastbox in florida. the package is delivered there and then internally on to panama. unfortunately this time it all went wrong. dhl says they dropped it off at apple's return center. but i still have no communication from apple about this. i would like to get the information from apple. from here it is all a disaster.

There is a big problem here. I am in Panama and have ordered from the US Store. I can't call US from here because I have a prepaid card. Is there not an email support that works. Unfortunately there is no support suggestion in the Apple system for this case.
I know but dhl says they have closed the case and i should contact apple. no one wants to help me here. ic need a way to describe the case.
