The iphone has a feature is “Switch between Lock Screens”. You need to touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customize button appears at the
bottom of the screen. it worked before. but now for some reason how many do not press it does not work. what is it connected with? maybe it's a problem with the update 16.3.1?

Personalize your iPhone Lock Screen - Apple Support - According to this page of the iPhone User Guide, you’ll need to have set up alternative configurations. You don’t need to tap the Customize option at the bottom unless you want to edit the Lock Screen wallpaper.
If you’re not even seeing the different screens you can choose from, see if restarting your iPhone helps: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support Restarting can fix a multitude of odd issues like this one.
