What will be the reason for denying by service center to not replace my airpods pro crackling sound airpods. They said serial number is not accepting. Serial number not accepting means although i have purchased it on dec 2019. Apple free replacement is valid for devices manufactured before october 2020.

Note the last line of the document,
The program covers affected AirPods Pro for 3 years after the first retail sale of the unit.
Your purchase date December 2019 would put you 3 months outside the 3 year window after purchase.
