Thanks for that info, I could find very little on this topic. It survives a reboot. One other said the following: What is the “Apple Inc.” app? - Apple Community
I found it strange it could not be deleted. I asked another if they had the same and found it was not present on their slightly newer device. I was concerned it indicated something malicious and surprised no one else, hardly, had reported it. Thanks again.

According to the information I can find, it is left overs from an iOS update. It may disappear after a reboot, or it will be deleted when iOS starts running out of space and automatically starts cleaning up.
Either way, it's nothing to worry about, and luckily it's only 10MB.
