HI I was trying to manage storage and ive noticed an unknown app in there that appears to be in arabic - not sure what it is linked to and cannot copy the words to translate. Anyone know what this relates to before I delete and realise it was something important? thanks
Go to App Store, tap on your icon, tap on Purchased (or Apps then My Apps) and look for it.
Tap on it to open the entry in App Store and see the description.
To be honest if I don’t know what it is, it isn’t staying on my phone!

This can happen if you are sharing your Apple ID with others. This setting below will automatically download apps that have been purchased on other devices using the same Apple ID.
