Apple Music for Android

Hello, I have an 11 year old son who just got a new Samsung phone. I have added the Apple music app since we have a family account with content restrictions. My issue is that even though the restrictions are enabled, the music app on his Android is still allowing explicit content songs to be played. I can't seem to figure out how to turn this off? When I check my daughter's iPhone, the restrictions are enabled and she can't listen to explicit music. We are all under the same account. I really don't want to take his music away from him but I also don't want to him to have access to every kind of song on the internet at his age. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!

Hey there elizabethfromlutz,

We understand you're having trouble restricting explicit music from Apple Music on your son's Samsung device. We'd be happy to guide you through this.

You may actually need to set these restrictions directly on the Samsung phone. Any restrictions you've set via Screen Time on iOS or macOS will not transfer over: Parental controls available on your Galaxy phone or tablet

Kind regards.
