Sharing specific rooms in homekit

my entire house runs on home kit, I have guests that come and need to control things from their phone but there are no permissions in HomeKit. When I share with a guest who should have access to living room, bathroom they also have access to video, all rooms and sensors even climate control. This really does not make sense to me and it just requires a little update. Everyone is going IoT but it should also be more secure where I have granular control of permission assignments. We should be able to create groups and assign permissions by groups and also assign permissions individually.
