When I opened a Keynote file sent by my colleague, most of the images turned into greyed out box with a cross & '?' in the middle. How do I retrieve the pictures?
The original file came from me and when I tried to copy and paste some of the pictures back to this new file, it turns in to grey boxes too.
Thanks Gary for responding...however, that's 80% of the 100+ slides that I was working on... I'm hoping to be able to retrieve from the original file from which I duplicated this file from.
I tried your approach for some of the slides and it worked once but not for the remaining slides...even when i copy over an image, when I 'paste' it over, it turned into a grey box right in front of my eyes... :(
Delete the slides with the missing images, add a new slide for each then replace the missing images.
