Occasionally during a run while using the Workout app on AppleWatch, I'll get repeated "segment marked" notices one after another. It's pretty awful. I end up just taking my headphones off, which means no mile splits or music for me.
Is there a way to permanently disable this "feature", or is my best option is to use a different running app?

You should be able to edit or delete segments. See the 'Mark segments in your workout' section in:

Thanks but I don't want them at all. Ever.
I'm not touching my watch and they keep getting marked, which means I have to decide whether to miss my splits or risk hearing dozens of consecutive messages about segments.
There's got to be a way to turn segments off. I guess I'll just use a different app.
