When playing Music on my Mac, I often loose the airplay connection with my sonos. This is solved by quitting Music and restarting it, but it is a bit annoying. Has someone experienced the same problems. I am running the latest Mac-os Ventura, and my Sonos are running the latest version of the sonos software. I now experience this problem since at least a year, so this is not related to a specific version of the software.

The issue I have is similar. On my Mac Mini 2 when I either watch Netflix or some other streaming service in a browser or Apple TV app and use Airplay to stream the sound to my Sono system (or any of the speakers in the Sonos system) it works fine (note there is a lot of volume loss -> at least 30 - 40%) as long as I do not pause the "show". If, for example I pause, go grab some more peanuts and return any more then 30 or so seconds, the Airplay has disconnected from the Sonos speaker and I must reselect it in Airplay. It's annoying for sure, a minor inconvenience, but a feature issue nonetheless (unless there is a timeout somewhere that can be accessed to increase the connect time when paused).
