My MacBook can't find new updates

My MacBook Air M2 won't find new updates. It is currently running Monterey 12.5, because I transferred everything from my previous MacBook Pro M1 (2020). It is not possible to download Ventura from the App Store. The notification says that I should make sure that my MacBook Air M2 is connected to the internet, which it constantly has been. Even if I try to re-download Monterey through safe mode it gives an error. Can someone please help me?

same problem on my side. Upgraded old MBP13 to new MBA M2, it runs on 12.5 version and refusing to update to anything new.

1) from System preferences - "no internet connection" (which available, of course). Killing the thread - getting notification "you have latest OS version" (12.5yeah)

2) From app store - "The requested version of macOS is not available. Please check if your Mac is compatible with this software."

Really frustrated with that experience.
