What does this apple music Installer Helper Tool error mean?

Hey,

after installing Native Instruments software, my Logic stopped working.

I read the crash report and it says:

Crashed Thread: 4 Dispatch queue: com.apple.NSXPCConnection.m-user.com.apple.musicapps.InstallerHelperTool

What does it mean and how can I resolve it? There is no official Apple software support, right?

Thanks,

M

Hey MozArt88,

If we understand correctly, after installing an app that works with Logic Pro, you're not able to use Logic Pro. If that's right, the steps in the following guide may help to get Logic Pro working again. As the guide mentions, be sure to complete the steps in order: If Logic Pro isn't working - Apple Support

You also ask about Apple Support for Logic Pro. As it turns out, they do have support and they can be reached by either calling or using the support website. On the website you'll choose either to "View your products" or "See all products", then choose Mac > Apps & Software > Logic Pro here: Apple Support and here's a list of their phone support numbers, by region: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Let us know how it goes.

Take care!
