OS updating issue

I have a 2012 MacBook Pro that I would like to update the OS on for compatibility issues with some of my software (i.e., Adobe Photoshop). However, after clicking to download, it says that the update is not found. This is with anything above Catalina.

That model can't be upgraded past Catalina.
