My Apple Watch Is that not charging with the charger though the other watches are being charged with the same charger. I try to do the first reset though no power at all

The troubleshooting with other Apple Watches suggests your Watch has a hardware problem. (This is assuming you are talking about the original charge puck that came with the Watch).
