com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49153

I'm running ventura macos 13.2.1 on a 2020 macbook pro. I took a 32G SansDisk microSD and reformatted it with no partitions. I loaded it with pictures over several weeks. Everything was going well. The last time I loaded it I must have not ejected it properly or something. Now it won't get recognized. It shows up as greyed out in Disk Utility and says it is unmounted. I have run first aid on it and it says the disk is fine. However, it will not mount. I have read other solutions tried on Catalina and Big Sur but those don't work. How do I get around this problem?
