Unless you use a password vault such as 1Password, Dropbox Passwords or the built in Keychain (access in Settings/Passwords) there is no way to view any email password. When you create a password for any email account the password you enter is encrypted (more accurately, “hashed”) and only the encrypted version is stored on the email server. When you log in the password you enter is then hashed, and the result compared to what is stored on the server. If they match you are logged in. That’s why email and other servers let you change a forgotten password, but not view the forgotten password, because it cannot be recovered from the hashed version.
