I am unable to open any subfolders of any apps in iTunes file sharing from iPad Pro to PC. I saw an answer somewhere that if files in subfolder have been move then iPad can't see them, however, I know there were no files moved.
This is a major problem because these files need to be moved out to clear memory on the iPad.
