Problem with Photos after Ventura Upgrade PHPhotosErrorDomain error 3306

Just upgraded my Macbook Pro to Ventura and when I upload RAW images to Photos and edit the images, the resulting photo is blurred. All my photos are stored locally, so it is not a problem with latent synching. Also, I cannot edit the "blurred" images in Pixelmator Pro. I get an error message that says: "An error occured while preparing external edit. The operation couldn't be completed (PHPhotosErrorDomain error 3306)" When I search for erroe 3306, I can't find anything that is relevant. The problem most certainly began right after I upgraded to Ventura. Please help! Thank you.

Please note that this is a 14" Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.2.1

I have the same problem, downloaded RAW pictures in Photo and they are blurred. Also, when I try to edit them in Affinity Photo, I get this message : PHPhotosErrorDomain erreur 3306

I created another Photo file by holding down the option key and imported same pictures and I could edit them with Affinity photo. what can I do next. Thanks.

I am using Venture 13.2.1

I have the same I download raw photos all clear then after editing they are blurred I then try to re-edit then the blurred photo disappears and the clear photo appears. I then press done and the photo re appears blurred.

What is going on?

Are you all using the same camera model? Perhaps it is specific to the camera model or the RAW format setting in the camera. I do not have this problem with the RAW files of my Panasonic Lumix FZ300.

To be able compare the cases with the same issue we should also know, if the library is syncing with iCloud Photos, and if "Optimize Mac Storage" is enabled, and where the library is stored - in the Pictures folder or on an external volume. If on an external volue, the file system format of the external volume, and how the drive is connected.

If the pictures are no longer blurry when using a new, different library, the library may be damaged or on an unsuitable external volume.
