Footage is stuttering in FCPX

Hello, my footage stutters in fcpx. I don't think it's the SD card because I filmed several projects with it and the footage came out perfectly fine. Some footage stutter and some not while it's filmed with the same settings. It's very frustrating because FCPX itself also stutters A LOT. I tried to make proxy media but when I click "only proxy media" to edit with it doesn't work, the files are "missing". What to do?

What version of FCP is this? Stuttering? You're getting dropped frames on playback? How is the application stuttering? Did you make the proxy media? Was the process complete? Please give the complete specs of the media, frame resolution, frame rate, codec, bit depth, and what shot it. Please post an EtreCheck report https://etrecheck.com giving the application Full Disk Access in Privacy & Security System Settings. Copy the report and use the Add Text button to paste the result into reply box.

Please give as much information as you can.
