My camera lens is cracked, however it does not look cracked on the outside until I take a photo and it looks like this
I have no idea when this happened as I have not dropped my phone at anytime. Does anyone know if this can be fixed?

I would take your phone to an Apple Store or authorized repair and have them tested. Alternatively click on Support on the lower left side of this page and follow the prompts. They should be able to tell you if it can be fixed and the cost.
