Blue dot next to messages that I have sent

On my iPhone, I send messages to people and when I open up my Mac, there is a blue dot as if they replied but they didn't send anything back yet. The blue dot does not appear on my phone. Does that mean that the recipient hadn't read it yet or is it only a glitch?

Yellow star next to all sent messages on iOS Mail. On both my iPhone and iPad there are yellow stars next to ALL my sent messages. When I look at the same sent messages in Mail on my Mac only those sent to VIP contacts have the yellow star. The software on all my devices are up to date. iPhone is running iOS 16.5.1

Little Yellow Flag to Right of Message?? (iPhone 13, iOS 16.5.1) For the first time in 11 years of iPhones I noticed a little yellow flag to the right of a message header in the Apple Mail Sent folder for a message to multiple receivers in the BCC field (see image). I also noticed no receivers were listed in the CC/BCC line when I open the message in the Sent folder. However, I called one of the recipients who confirmed he did receive the message. New device messages Suddenly getting a cascade of notices that a new device is accessing Message. It is ALL of my current devices. Why is this happening? When I go to Settings, all devices listed are my actual devices. HELP! NOTE: I had to pick a device to send this message, but it is ALL of them.
