AirPods Pro (2nd Generation, 2022) Transparency Mode Sounds No Different Than Active Noise Cancellation / Sounds Muffled

Hello, my AirPods Pro 2, that I’ve had since September, have been having issues with Transparency Mode lately. When I switch them to Transparency Mode from Noise Cancellation, they make the switching sound, but I hear no difference in my surroundings. I have thoroughly cleaned them, I reset them, and I have also tried different ear tips. The left AirPod also makes a loud, high-pitched squeak when I adjust it to be more secure in my ear. I’ve heard of many similar issues to this one, but they are exclusive to the 2019 AirPods Pro. Thanks for the help!

Update. I scheduled an appointment to the genius bar, and they ran diagnostics and tested them. He said that they "passed the sound test," but they were still able to replace them. Since using the replacements, I have noticed a significant improvement in sound quality, transparency mode, and noise cancellation. I think the pair I had were just broken from the get go, because I don't remember transparency mode nor noise cancellation ever sounding this good. If you're having an issue like this, I'd strongly recommend a visit to the genius bar.
