An iPhone 6 cannot update past iOS 12. You need a newer phone. Also, posting pictures has no value here. This is not a chat service.

This is not possible, the iPhone 6 is too old to run modern day apps. If you want to run modern day apps, you Will need to buy a newer iPhone
