My apple health app no longer saves information

Did you use the same steps below to set up your Health app profile?

1. "Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab. 
2. Tap your profile picture  in the upper-right corner. 
3. Tap Health Details, then tap Edit. 
4. Add your information, like height, weight, and age. 
5. Tap Done. 
6. You can also set up your Medical ID or register to be an organ donor from your profile."

We see you've posted an issue with the Health app not saving data properly on your iPhone. You also mentioned that you deleted it and reinstalled. We want to make sure we clearly understand the steps you've taken. The Health app isn't one that can be removed from the iPhone.

Do you mean you restored your iPhone or erased it and set it up as new?

Do you use an Apple Watch to sync your health data and that isn't working?

Are you manually entering health data and that information isn't saving?

Which iOS version is installed on your iPhone?

We'd recommend restarting your iPhone which can often help many issues. Then, go to Settings > General > Software Update to make sure your iOS is fully updated. We look forward to hearing back from you.
