Some tracks from "The secret life of Walter Mitty" are missing in Apple Music

Three tracks from the "The secret life of Walter Mitty" are not playable in the US. Any idea why is this so? All the tracks are available to purchase in the US iTunes Store.

Greyed out tracks on Rush 50 on Apple Music So I’m trying to download the Rush ‘50’ compilation on Apple Music to listen in my car. I downloaded the tracks on release day and all 50 tracks were available. However 15 of the tracks are now greyed out, tracks 9-13 on disc 3 and tracks 1-10 on disc 4, all are marked as ‘unavailable in your country’ I’m in the UK and all of these tracks are available on other Rush albums in The UK so why are they greyed out on this compilation?

Music app says my own mp3 files are unavailable in my region? So I have an old CD-collection that I converted into mp3 files years ago. Just got my new macbook so I imported all the files into the Music app on the laptop and then I synced the entire collection to my iPhone. (I transferred the files by connecting a cable to my iphone and then I choose the option to sync my entire music library to the iphone.) I don't have a "music" subscription so I'm only expecting to play my own mp3 music on my iPhone for now. However now I have realized that some music is being prevented for playback. Like this old Lenny Kravitz album "Mama Said" there's track that are grayed out and I get the "This song is not currently available in your country or region". I mean, that would make sense if I was using the music streaming service from Apple, but I just hours ago copied all the MP3-files for this album to my iPhone. (Or at least that what I thought I was doing.) What am I missing here? Sorry for the bad english, I'm a Swede.

I tunes greying out Hello , I have just upgraded from a 11 to 14 and found a large amount of music has been greyed out and said it is not available in my region/ country. I have been into settings and it is in the right region - United Kingdom but still not working . Any ideas ? I downloaded a song from I tunes and that is there but a vast amount of older stuff is not . Thank you

It's up to the distributors what is available for streaming.

I understand but Apple should fix this since it is in the position to negotiate and I am paying premium fee for Apple Music as compared to what Spotify or others charge.
