“ This message cannot be loaded at this time. Try again later.” error

Question

I get this message for ONE email in my iCloud inbox - and this just started happening this weekend.

the email has no subject and I can read the email on my phone

but when I try on my MacBook Air using safari I get the above message.

any solution? this isn't a my side issue - the only "thing" I've done is accept the new terms and conditions from apple.

this is frustrating. I can move the email into my drafts and see it.
