Hello-Can someone please explain why in Apple Mail continues to have this message when I check Apple mail via my iPhone or MacBook? On most occasions I can read the full email with one but not the other. Or there are occasions where I cannot read my email on either and the, "this message has no content" appears. Which means I cannot read any text of the email and it will not load properly.

I am using the same Apple ID on the iPhone and MacBook.

Please and thank you!

MacBook Air, macOS 13.1

Hi there machado22,

Let's team up to rule out some possible causes, along with confirming more details to better understand what's happening:

  1. When did this first start?
  2. For which email account is this occurring, and does it occur with other email accounts set up in the Mail app?
  3. Any issues if you check the same mail from your email provider's website?
  4. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone and check out the section 'Restart' here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac
  5. We see you have macOS 13.1 installed on your Mac, which is the latest version. If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.

Cheers!
