Shows Invalid Apple Pay Shipping Address for my UAE based Shopify website

We are an online healthy food store in the UAE. 

We are a Shopify-based website, we wanted to activate apple pay on our website as a lot of customers in UAE have an iPhone. 

We activated Stripe.com, it's a payment provider that supports the apple pay feature for Shopify websites. After we activated apple pay and tried to place an order on our website we are facing an issue to pay by Apple Pay. 

Here is the issue. 

Once we click on the checkout button to place an order we see the Apple Pay Icon

Once I click to proceed to pay by apple pay this is what appears, where I'm asked to add the Shipping & Contact information, refer to the screenshot below. 

Once I add the contact information and choose which card would i like to pay with, i now need to add the shipping address, and this is where the whole issue is. 

Once clicked on the "Add Shipping" button I'm asked to select the type of location for two options which are Work & Home, I select one of them and start adding the areas manually.  

Here I'm asked 8 types of Information 

1. First Name

2. Last Name

3. Street 

4. Address Line 2 (optional)

5. Area

6. City

7. Country or Region (Dropdown will have multiple options to choose from)

Now think if I'm a customer who is staying in the Al Quoz area in Dubai city, this is how typically I will add the address. 

1. First Name: Tabish

2. Last Name: Siddiq

3. Street: 16b Street

4. Address Line 2 (optional): Organic & Real

5. Area: Al Quoz

6. City: Dubai

7. Country or Region (Dropdown will have multiple options to choose from): United Arab Emirates

When I add this information, just as I have shared on the screenshot it says the shipping address is invalid, and I have tried it out with multiple apple devices and we're facing the same issue. 

After hours of trying to figure out where have we gone wrong by contacting Shopify support and stripe support, I was able to identify that the issue is in the "Area" section, I'm supposed to add one of the 7 Emirates of UAE in the area section only then Apple pay will say my location is valid. 

These are the 7 Emirates

1. Dubia

2. Abu Dhabi

3. Ras Al Khaima

4. Sharjah 

5. Fujairah 

6. Ajman 

7. Umm Al Quwain 

If I try adding any of these 7 in the "Area" Section my address is valid as per Apple Pay, which is not fair, if you are asking for an area how are we supposed to know that you're referring to an Emirates? Multiple customers reached out to me that Apple pay is not working due to this issue.

One more thing I would like to add is that confusion happens is because both the Area & City is asked, and in UAE these 7 emirates are referred to as cities. So typically anyone will add any of these 7 emirates in the "City" section and in that city in which area they reside in they add that name. 

In addition to this, I would like to add that from the iPhone devices I tried to see if apple pay works for my website, most of them had their Apple Pay details such as Card details, contact details and shipping details already added as they are existing users of apple pay, but when they went to pay in our website due to the wrong area being added in the existing shipping address their address was shown as invalid. I have added a screenshot to support my words. 

How are we supposed to solve this issue, we have no control over your Apple Pay interface, my customer is coming to the website and bouncing back because they are not able to pay. 

The most shocking part is how no one in Apple has yet identified this issue, there should be a solution to this, pls help us out.

How can i expect my customers to know all this, if they know also why will they be willing to put so much effors, was'nt the whole purpose of having apple pay is convinice and secure?
