iPhone 14 Pro won’t send or receive photos

For awhile now whenever I try to send photos whether to other iPhones or to androids, I get the message send failure. Sometimes they even receive the photos but my phone still says message send failure. It’s also taking forever to receive photos from both iPhone and android.
