iPhone unlocking

I bought a phone from Amazon it came with a Verizon line.

im in Kenya and I have been unable to unlock the carrier.

I don’t the carrier.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Please return the phone to Amazon for a refund. Only Verizon can unlock the phone, and they may be under no obligation to do so.

Apple cannot help with this.
