Pages and Numbers, smb access, creating strange folders

Hi,

So.. we have retired our old macMini Server, which ran Sierra and was 2010 model and provided filesharing for 14 years for our small team.

We use a 2019 macmini now, with macOS Ventura 13.1.

This machine, on an external HD, has our Documents folder.

We have some Pages and Number Documents in it.. But when you keep the files open

for example the file "marcas próprias embatek.pages" would create ten or more files, actually folders Marcas próprias embatek.pages.sb-e1337222-FcHCUD

We use smb to access our server machine.

Any hints?

It says also

the file xy could not be save. O the file was changed by another app.

I changed the disk format to apfs from Macos Journaled that it was.

but still the same annoying files start to fill up, whenever Number/Pages etc try to autosave..

I mean..I only use apple hardware.. all latest and best.. and a bug like this.. and nobody even answers..
