Question

WiFi connection

My I Phone will not connect to local wifi i.e. at bank, at shopping center, in other words away from my home router. It works fine at home but no connection away.

iPhone XR, iOS 16

Is there a setting to enable connection to local WIFI or area WIFI, away from my home router?

Debbie ~ Does your iPhone XR still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging

Tap Settings

Tap Wi-Fi

A list of Wi-Fi networks in that area will appear

Tap on the name of the Wi-Fi network that you want to join and then enter the password for the network
