Connection to Internet on iPhone 12

wi-fi does not work outside on the street or stores when using my iPhone 12 At home the phone works with no problem.

Thank you Drew. All my settings are correct.

The issue is when I am outside my home. I was at Quest Diagnostics, and I was trying to sign in for my appointment on my phone. Quest texts a link to tap on to sign you in for your appointment. I got a no internet connection when I tapped on the link. No one else in the waiting room had a problem connecting with the internet.

Later when I was in Whole Foods, I could not connect to the internet at all.

Might need to call my mobile provider.
