Unresponsive Danalock V3 (HomeKit) after HomeKit upgrade

Hi guys,

I'm facing an issue since I upgraded HomeKit with iOS 16.2. The lock is unresponsive in case I'm not home (I'm not connected to WiFi).

As you indicate that this occurred after installing an update, it's important to note that there are 2 more recent updates to the iOS software than the one you are using. About iOS 16 Updates provides information on what is included in those, and installing all available updates is an important step in isolating problems.


If this accessory has a dedicated app that controls it, ensuring it is configured for use with cellular data may help as well. View or change cellular data settings on iPhone discusses those settings and options.


Should the concern continue and be limited to this specific accessory, the next step would be to consult the manufacturer of that device to seek additional support.
