I am trying to restore iphone 7, that has iOS 15.7.3 the latest iTunes 12.10.11 updated by the itunes itself, but I get a message - " to restore your iphone with iOS 15.7.3, you need to install the latest iTunes" please help me to restore the iphone
Probably time to head to the Apple Store.....make an appointment first.....or to an authorized Apple Service shop. Would not hurt to try on a Mac first if that is possible, since that is what the service guys will use.

iTunes long out of date on your Dell. Borrow a Win 10 Machine or a Mac from a friend for 30 minutes. Much simpler on a Mac because you do not need to download any additional software.
If you are near an Apple Store or Best Buy you can use one of the Macs there.
