Hi I have an ipad I need to restore and the Itune message is coming up saying
To restore your ipad with ipadOS 15.6.1 you need to install the latest version of Itunes
The version I have is 12.12.4.1
Presumably your Windows PC is not running Microsoft Windows 10/11 - but is instead running an earlier version Windows. This would explain why you cannot update iTunes from 12.12.4.1.
