Whenever I get WhatsApp messages, they don't make haptic feedback, they go straight to the Notification Center. All other apps do have haptic feedback.
I'm using an Apple Watch Series 3 and an iPhone 11 Pro Max, though I also tried with an iPhone 8 Plus and it didn't work.
