What's the maximum capacity percentage in Settings>Battery>Battery health>Maximum capacity?

If it is close to 83-80%, it's time to have your battery replaced at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider among this list (choose your country):--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region

My iPhone 7 is doing the exact same thing. Every since I did this upgrade it will not indicate charging. I have tried several different chargers and cables that I know work as they work with my wife's phone and my other work phone. I am so tired of these software upgrades causing issues. It is really making me think that there is a higher purpose, like trying to get me to upgrade phone.......
