MacBook early 2011 won't open GarageBand. Is there a reason why is not compatible with current macOS Sierra version 10.12.6?

To whom it may concern,

Does anybody know why my MacBook Pro early 2011 version won't open GarageBand? It's currently running macOS Sierra version 10.12.6

It won't let me download GarageBand from App Store. How do I download to version MacOS Monterey 12.3?

Please help!

Your Mac can't run Ventura or Monterey. Have you ever downloaded GB before? If so, it will be in your purchases.
