Restore my whatsapp chats

I didn’t on backup on my mobile phone i have lost all my chats please help me to solve my problem.

See the following documentation from WhatsApp to restore chat history: How to restore your chat history

If the data was not previously backed up, we'd recommend contacting WhatsApp to see if there are any additional options since this is a third party app.
