Do you have the Apple TV box? If so, which model? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
- Try disconnecting the HDMI cable on both ends, then re-connect.
- Verify your TV settings, that it is set to take input from the HDMI port to which the Apple TV box is connected.
