Bottom speakers not working!

Recently after the recent update I am facing an unusual issue. My iPhone 12 Pro Max bottom speakers are not working. Rather the sounds comes out from the ear speaker output. There was a time when things got normal but after few hours of usage the same problem occurred and I cannot find a way to solve it. I am unsure if it’s an hardware issue or the software issue.

experts help would be really helpful.

There are no bottom “speakers”. There is one speaker on the bottom, the other speaker is the ear speaker. The 2nd grille on the left side at the bottom is a microphone. Check the L/R balance control in Settings/Accessibility/Audio/Visual.
