Why is my iPhone 16 speaker not working?

Hello, is there anyone experiencing the problem of the sound coming from the top speaker not coming after a certain period of time on the iPhone 16 (pro-pro max) models?

Hello, my problem is not like that, while listening to music or watching anything, there is sound coming from the upper speakers for 5 seconds and then the sound stops.
