Some HomeKit accessories not responding when away from home

I have around 30-40 accessories in my Apple Home app (from 4 providers) and they work just fine when I am at home.

The problems appear when I am (my iPhone) is not at home (outside of wifi) as then some of them (half of the accessories from one provider - IKEA) are showing "no response", while the other from that provider and other provider are fine.

I have 3 homepods mini set as hubs, other devices work just fine.

I tried resetting iPhone, Homepods, Ikea gateway, disconnecting and connecting again Ikea gateway and everytime it is the same accessories that are causing problems.

The problems started after 16.3 update (currently I am running 16.3 on iPhone and 16.3.1 on Homepods).

Anyone has any ideas regarding what can I do to fix? It looks like it's somewhere between Ikea driggera gateway and homepod but what is weird is that resetting didn't help and that other ikea accessories work just fine.
