Calendar shared with me on iPhone, but not on Mac
Do I need to have the calendar owner "re-invite" me??

Make sure that your calendar is active under your AppleID on all your devices. Sometimes, when we set up new devices, we don't "allow" access to all the apps we need as our activity evolves.
Go to settings
Click your name at the top
Click iCloud
Make sure Calendar is switched on
