iPad Apple Notes Apple Pencil Handwriting Disappearing

Hello, I’m using an iPad Pro M1 iPadOS 16.3 with Apple Pencil in Apple Notes, and as I handwrite in the app, sometimes my handwriting disappears a few seconds after I write it. It seems to do this whether I’m connected to WiFi, Cellular, or Offline. Is this a known bug and/or is there a fix on the way?

Apple Pencil delay even after iOS 16.5 update iOS 16.5 is supposed to fix the Apple Pencil delay in Apple Notes. But it’s worse than ever. Even on a fresh new note. Adding text in between does not make it go away. I also installed a new tip. Same problem. Is anyone else experiencing this. Happens both on iPad Pro 12.9 and new iPad mini.

Notes app is creating unwanted text boxes I have just added an Apple Pencil 2 to my iPad Mini 6. When handwriting in the Notes app, the writing, when converted to text, is added to a text box. How can I stop this happening? Also, moveable yellow lines, which begin with an arrowhead, appear on the Note screen, in both a quick note and an app Note. I don't require these lines, nor do I understand their purpose. Finally, the double tap function, set to switching between the Apple Pencil 2 and the rubber, will not rub out text. The Apple Pencil I bought is a bonafide Apple product purchased from Argos in the UK. I have tried resetting the iPad and the software is up to date. Advice welcomed. Thank you.
