No. You can certainly check your steps in the Activity app on your watch. But there is a 3rd party app you can download, which will display your steps on your watch and it's called Pedometer++, which is free.

Is there a third party Apple Watch app that shows steps? I see from various discussions that for no apparent reason, most Apple Watches (I have a Series 6) can't display steps as a complication using any of the official Apple faces. I see that people have suggested that one could get this display via 3rd party app, but I don't know of one. Has anyone any suggestions?
