Apple CarPlay Doesn’t return to Radio after I receive a text, use maps.. any solution?
My iPhone has the latest iOS, my radio is also up to date.

To clarify, are you saying the radio does not resume after calls, texts, or using apps? If so, have you had a chance to restart your iPhone and check if the issue persists?
If it continues, try removing and setting up your iPhone with CarPlay again just in case there's something going on with the connection or how CarPlay is reading your iPhone:
Go to Settings > General > CarPlay, tap your car, then tap Forget This Car. Then set up CarPlay again.
