Calendar doesn't sync M365 delegates

We (company) use M365 services with Mac mail, calendar, contacts. So far so good. But when I try to add calendar delegations I get following error:

There was an unexpected error with the request (domain EKCADErrorDomain / error 1,015 / description 'XPC error communicating with calaccessd: Unknown error').

My teammates have the same issue. We all work with MacOS 13.x. Tried to reset calendar, deactivate and reactivate M365 account, reboot Macbook, ... Always the same story...

Any idea? Thanks for your support!

I have gone so far as to swap out macs, use new accounts, completely restore macs with clean installs of the OS and, because I happen to have a new Mac arrive, tried that. All with the same results. It seems like it might be on Microsoft's end, but it's not helpful when the system is opaque for you to shunt it off. The error is the communication between both companies' products and frankly, we need Apple to step up and get the engineering team on this.

And just glancing at StackOverflow, it's not unknown. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40822649/error-getting-all-calendars-error-domain-ekcaderrordomain-code-1013-null-sw

Hi vieiderr,

We'd like to share some suggestions to help you with Calendars you add. The best available guidance is the steps in Add or delete calendars on Mac - Apple Support and if this issue has an isolation to Microsoft, you will want to reach out to them via the guidance in Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support and if additional reference happens from Microsoft, you can contact support via Apple Support.
